I have previously let people know that there are two substantial studies on Social and Emotional Wellbeing in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. If you are seeking to develop Indigenous policy, or programs for Indigenous communities, then these two are good recent literature reviews of the field - including references to international Indigenous policy and practice.
